Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Spread the garlic butter mixture generously onto both sides of each slice of bread and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
While the bread is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
In the meantime, toss the sliced avocado with fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the heat.
Take the garlic bread out of the oven and top each slice with sliced avocado followed by the cooked shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley and, if desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for a hint of heat.
Serve immediately while the bread is warm and crispy.
