- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables optional
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, and mix well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen mixed vegetables (if using). Stir until well combined.
