- 1 pound smoked sausage Sliced into ΒΌ-inch rounds.
- 1 pound baby potatoes Halved.
- 1 each red bell pepper Chopped.
- 1 each yellow bell pepper Chopped.
- 1 medium onion Chopped.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it begins to brown.
