Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower About 1.5 pounds, cut into florets.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust for spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste green onions For garnish, optional.
  • to taste sesame seeds For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, if desired.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crisp-tender. Toss the florets halfway through for better browning.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or snack. Enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preference for heat.
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
This dish pairs well with rice, quinoa, or as a topping for salads.
