- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz corn, drained
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the canned tomatoes (with juice), black beans, kidney beans, corn, taco seasoning, beef broth, and water. Mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot, topped with your choice of shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, or tortilla chips.
