- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated in the seasoning.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for about 30 seconds until pliable.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with lime juice to create a creamy sauce.
Assemble the tacos: Place a few shrimp on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
